Being Grateful
The most important part of change in our lives begins with forgiveness and expressing gratitude, forgive the individuals that have hurt you and start expressing gratitude for everyone in your life.
IT IS AN INCREDIBLE GIFT TO YOURSELF!
BE THANKFUL
Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire, If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don't know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you're tired and weary
Because it means you've made a difference.
It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
also thankful for the setbacks.
GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
and they can become your blessings.

My goal is to empower you to reach your maximum potential ~ allowing you to become the person you want to be. This includes working with children and adults, who are preparing for chemotherapy, medical procedures, recovering from accidents or surgery, have acute or chronic illnesses, who are suffering from pain, or who have not reached the desired degree of improvement through medical treatment. I do this in several different ways~ Reiki which is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Hypnosis, which is a natural, yet altered pleasant state, in which people can achieve phenomenal levels of focus, peace and joy. The power of suggestion working within our mind gets stronger on whatever thoughts we are thinking about or NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) “a model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behaviors and the subjective experiences (patterns of thought) underling them” and “a system of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviors’”
